We operate at a CEO, CFO, and COO scope across setup, operations, finance, and tech, offering fractional executive services at a fraction of the full time cost, allowing young businesses and SMEs to operate with confidence without the need for a full-time corporate hire. The owner keeps every decision that counts. We prepare the ground so those decisions are made on time, with ease, and with confidence.
How we do it
Monthly. The executive layer inside the business on an ongoing basis. Rolling, on thirty days' notice, or on a term matched to a deadline. This is the shape most engagements take once the foundations exist, and remains anywhere from 3 months to 24 months. Our aim is not to extend our stay, it is to build the business sustainably for it to run without our direct intervention, and hand it back to the founders and their new team.
One defined piece of work. A fixed scope, a fixed fee, a beginning and an end. A study of how the business actually runs. A structure built and handed over. A technical build. This is the shape most engagements take at their early stages to support with pre and post launch structuring and operations.
Neither is the lesser version of the other. Which shape fits is what the first call decides, and Where you stand will usually have told you before the call.
Supporting creatives, youth, and aspiring entrepreneurs' first steps
What we do
The support system a young entrepreneur needs to build with confidence. For young, creative, and aspiring entrepreneurs still preparing to take their first steps, we provide support through multiple channels that help set up businesses right from the beginning.
How we do it
Workshops, trainings, & ongoing advisory. Bidaya aims to continue its training and advisory in person and online. Be on the lookout for our trainings and workshops across the UAE, aiming to teach better business acumen to young aspiring entrepreneurs and provide the tools required to build right from the start.
Programs and partnerships. Bidaya also aims to partner with educational and creative institutions to create events, competitions, and programs that teach, build, and support aspiring entrepreneurs early in their journey.
Community support. Bidaya aims to provide better opportunities for smaller and younger businesses to compete by creating a collective of small businesses that grow and support one another. Through the network and community we have built, SMEs can benefit from lower rates that would instead be hard to get for a single entity. One small business may not afford the minimum orders or high rates, but a collective of businesses lowers overheads through sharing orders, spaces, and resources among one another. Bidaya hopes to manage a collective to support lowering the costs and the barriers of entry for young businesses.

What we do
Bidaya was started with the people least likely to be offered serious support and most likely to need it in mind: freelancers in the creative field, young aspiring entrepreneurs, and studios. Our network of professionals across all industries has provided us the space to build programs, trainings, workshops, and events that cater to building up aspiring entrepreneurs and the creative field across the UAE.
